Art Direction & Design for Kämmen gloves limited edition SS 2018 collection. The brand launched a special collection of two limited edition glove designs for Spring Summer 2018. For the collection new colours and materials were presented for their classic Driver glove, resulting in a contemporary interpretation of what a classic dress glove can look like. The campaign concept illustrates the forward thinking design and celebrates the rich colours, details and textures of the new gloves.
As a small Start-up brand in the menswear sector the visual language aims to gain attention and differentiate from the conventional cues of handcrafted menswear brands by utilising bold saturated colours and perhaps a more technocratic visual presentation. Instead of relying on the conventions of typical dress glove branding, such as the focus on artisanal values, and ''rugged'' aesthetics, this campaign concept takes the path less traveled.
