A digital flagship experience for Marimekko's global e-commerce site. A design project spanning across exploration, concept development, UX design, visual design and content design. We outlined the design drivers for the redesign based on an elevated visual identity by TSTO and new typefaces, Mari Sans and Mari Slab by Schick Toikka. The outcome is Marimekko's first flexible and scalable design system that allows Marimekko to expand its digital retail presence at scale without compromising on brand storytelling and refined design.
